a okay stay
my room had a kitchen. it was great there was basic utensils and cutlery. the staff at reception are helpful and available all the time.
the hallway to my room seemed dingy. it also was poorly lit.

acceptable location, some issues encountered
uncomfortable mattress inadequate furniture
the location is acceptable with the train station nearby.
The mattress proved uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. there was a noticeable absence of adequate furniture in the main sitting area. only one sofa was available for a family of four, requiring us to use dining chairs for relaxation, not ideal.

functional kitchen close proximity
The apartment had a functional kitchen. It included necessary items like a microwave and a dishwasher. A tesco express sat very close to the building. That helped a LOT. I found the proximity to public transportation very helpful. The borough underground station was quite close.
the apartment i stayed in lacked air conditioning, ONE pedestal fan was there.

Really good Stay Near Borough Market!
spacious layout great location cute staff
The apartment had a spacious layout, great for my travel. I found the location really convenient. It was close to transportation. The staff were cute! they made check-in easy, so thats was fantastic.
The kitchen cabinets had a funny smell when I opened them, not something I expected.

The apartment is a short walk to Borough Market, this allows easy access to food vendors and fresh produce. Tesco Express is next door for essential groceries, very convenient to replenish supplies.

The apartment included a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. The 24-hour concierge provided added security and assistance at any time, and the place had complimentary toiletries on arrival.

superb borough stay
spacious apartment comfortable bed accommodating staff professional attitude
The apartment was very spacious and clean. it had all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. i found the bed and pillows were very comfortable. i was pleased with the views i did not expect. the staff was accommodating. They helped with every request i had with good attitude and professionalism.
i found the lack of air conditioning a small issue, especially on warmer days.

the two-bedroom apartment included comfortable sofa beds. fresh towels and cutlery were provided for all guests. ample room was available for everyone, even with eight people sharing (a pleasant surprise!).

a supermarket is located right outside the front door, very handy (i must say). borough tube station is only two minutes away, offering convenient access. london bridge station is also within a six-minute walk.

the reception staff was informative and polite. they quickly offered assistance with any questions (they were very helpful). check-in was easy and efficient upon my arrival. the team had a friendly approach.
